I am not going to pretend to know everything about Swagbucks, but what I know, I will share.
Swagbucks is a search site that awards points (swag bucks) for doing searches. You get those swag bucks randomly. This is not the only way you can win on Swagbucks....there are many ways.
You can watch Swagbucks TV! All you do is watch video clips about various topics (you choose) and you will be rewarded for your efforts. Sometimes there is a special video to watch...that will not only count to your swagTV total, but you are also rewarded if you take the time to go to the advertisers web site...just to make sure the link goes where it should. (Those will be in your inbox on Swagbucks.)
You can do Daily Polls! Simple little one question, one click poll....one click, one swag buck....new one every day.
You can do the NOSO! No Obligation Special Offers are offers from advertisers. You don't have to do anything, just go through the offers to see if one interests you. If it doesn't just click "skip" or "see next offer". When you are done you will be rewarded....daily.
You can do surveys or look at offers! There are many Surveys and offers on Swagbucks. Most are like other survey sites as far as the survey itself goes. The difference is, Swagbucks awards swag bucks!

Sometimes, it isn't what you pay for something, but the value you get from it. A friend just got a massage and paid $35 an hour. (good price, I think). She has been in pain for some time and nothing was helping. The $35 massage did wonders! Could she have saved $35 and suffered through? Probably, but why would you?

How It Will Work

I have a vision for this blog. Is it to be the biggest, baddest blog out there? NO...LOL. It is merely to interact with others that like the same thing as me. I hope that through stories, cartoons, pictures, etc, we can help each other.
Am I going to be posting a thousand times a day? No. A couple...maybe three. If I come across a great deal other than that, I will just put it on the Facebook page. (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Hobby-Couponer/126421620819017).
Are we going to have some fun? Lord, I hope so. I want this to be fun, not taking every second of your day. I hope to get up to doing games, or contests or something through the Facebook page, but that is a ways away yet. Hopefully that will come. That is largely dependent on you...join through GFC, Google circles, "like" on facebook, and be involved! Comment, share, be a part of the solution to saving money.
Are all my posts going to be about coupons? No. I want to be able to share funnies that happen through the day, frustrations, and want you to do the same!
We all want to save money. Obviously we like coupons or you wouldn't be here.

I want to welcome you to a new quest of mine. The quest is to get the most out of a buck so we can have a few extras that we could not, otherwise, afford. I hope you will join me in this quest. We can help each other reach our goals!
